For ITS600：
Adds diagnostic support for 388 2020 model-year vehicles and 88 2021 model year vehicles in EU, US and CN regions; including the first release for ChangAn E-STAR and Jetour X70M in CN region. 
Optimizes Wear detection, and supports interconnection with tread pattern detection equipment.

For TS608：
Adds diagnostic support for 100 2020 model-year vehicles and 140 2021 model year vehicles in EU, US and CN; including the first release for ChangAn E-STAR, Jetour X70M, BYD Song PLUS 2020, KIA K5 2020/06-2021/12 and Chery Tiggo 8 PLUS 2020/10-2021/10 in CN region.
